Conference Issue IV

The 20th World Congress on Human Reproduction, alongside the dedicated Symposium and Workshop on "Infertility 35+," brought together a vibrant community of experts, clinicians, and researchers from around the world to explore the evolving landscape of reproductive medicine. Over several dynamic days, participants shared groundbreaking research, real-world clinical experiences, and innovative approaches to some of the most pressing challenges in human reproduction, particularly those affecting women aged 35 and older.

The scientific program spanned a broad range of topics, including endometriosis, PCOS, recurrent implantation failure, unexplained infertility, and the impact of the microbiome, genetics, and hormones on fertility. Cutting-edge advances in ART, such as PGT-A, PGT-M, embryo screening, donor matching, and AI-driven ovarian stimulation, were at the heart of many presentations. With over 200 contributors from Europe, the Caucasus, the Middle East, the Americas, and beyond, the congress fostered a truly international dialogue and collaboration, making each participant feel connected to a larger global community. Sessions also addressed IVF lab monitoring, fertility preservation, adolescent and menopausal reproductive health, and the ethical dimensions of modern fertility care.
One of the standout features of this year's congress was the Supplement of Full Articles, which offered attendees the chance to delve deeper into selected research topics and practical applications, empowering them with the latest knowledge and insights. The congress not only delivered high-level academic content but also created a space for shared learning, meaningful discussion, and global connection.

By focusing on patient-centered care and future-forward science, it reaffirmed its position as a leading forum for advancing reproductive health, particularly for women navigating fertility after 35, inspiring and motivating all those involved in the field.
