Conference Issue V
The 7th International Scientific Conference & Workshop “Infertility 35+” brought together reproductive medicine specialists, embryologists, geneticists, gynecologists, researchers, and clinicians to discuss current challenges and emerging innovations in fertility care and women’s reproductive health. The program combined scientific presentations, clinical case discussions, research findings, and expert perspectives, creating an interdisciplinary platform for knowledge exchange and international collaboration.
The scientific program covered a wide range of topics, including embryology and embryo selection, IVF laboratory innovation, PGT-A and PGT-M, reproductive genetics, recurrent implantation failure, reproductive immunology, male infertility, ovarian and endometrial regeneration, reproductive endocrinology, oncology, and women’s health across the lifespan. Particular attention was given to artificial intelligence in embryo selection, blastocyst culture and vitrification, genetic risk assessment, endometrial microbiome, PCOS/PMOS, obesity, hormonal disorders, and emerging regenerative therapies.
The conference also explored complex clinical areas such as pregnancy-related vascular complications, hemorrhagic and cardiogenic shock, abnormal placental adherence, oncological care, and male reproductive health. These discussions highlighted the growing importance of multidisciplinary approaches in modern reproductive medicine.
A distinctive feature of this issue is the inclusion of both scientific abstracts and full-length research and review articles, allowing readers to engage more deeply with original studies, clinical evidence, and emerging technologies presented during the conference.
By integrating reproductive genetics, embryology, endocrinology, immunology, regenerative medicine, oncology, and artificial intelligence, the 7th International Scientific Conference & Workshop “Infertility 35+” reaffirmed its role as an important forum for evidence-based, patient-centered, and future-focused reproductive medicine, with particular attention to fertility and women’s health after the age of 35.
