A dedicated peer-reviewed journal was published as part of the 20th World Congress on Human Reproduction, showcasing a curated selection of original research articles, clinical studies, and case reports from leading experts in the field. The journal reflects the scientific depth and diversity of the congress, with contributions addressing some of the most critical and emerging challenges in reproductive medicine today. Topics ranged from recurrent implantation failure, HPV-related intraepithelial neoplasia, and infertility in oncology patients, to advanced strategies for egg donor preparation, PRP and exosome use in poor responders, and hormonal management during pregnancy. This diverse range of topics is intended to enrich and broaden the understanding of our audience.
